CANT SAVE THE USER.XML!!!
I tried saving the User file after changing it but they told me they cannot create file path TT Can anybody help?

you are using Win7 or Vista?
try saving the edited user.xml to another location first.
then rename the original user.xml before copying the edited user.xml.
