In town FPS 40-60 but some town map FPS 20+- (Byron)
In colory war or pvp when I hit 'Electric Bluster' skill FPS fall 1-3 up to die so FPS normal (20-40)
In UI windows list name, When I scroll up and scroll down list FPS is 3-10
