Hotkeys

i installed the latest AI which was updated 01-15-2011 for (USA)
and i get the instalation and the verefication of the characters when it loads, but i cant use the hokeys, i press one of the functions and it dosent seem to work, please let me know any suggestions, and yes i put all the files in the correct places

please check if your user.xml contains an entry which points to your hotkey.xml

for example:
