Jack/Scout/Jack Combo and auto patrol - SotNW - US

I've recently starting using the AI, which by the way is superb, but I had a question or two.

First, when I use two jacks and turn on autosummon, it only does it for the first one. I've tried jack/jack/scout, jack/scout/jack, and scout/jack/jack. The first two, the first slot jack spawns auto, the last combo the jack in the 3rd slot does it.

Secondly, how does the autopatrol work? Does anyone have a post handy to point me to? I take it to mean there is a way to set your characters running a certain perimeter, but I'm not sure.

Any help is much appreciated.

Also... does the author of this AI take donations? I like to contribute to something I'm using/enjoying, if possible.
